Club Officials Training Session 2021-22
Rotaract District Organization 3190 held the first ever hybrid training session to create an opportunity for Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries and Joint Secretaries experience the fun of training and in-person networking while also keeping in mind the pandemic restrictions due to which the rest of the Board were trained online.
President-Secretary teams thoroughly enjoyed the extensive and interactive training sessions by experienced trainers.
The Rotaractors trained online were delighted to have fun and interesting sessions, all thanks to the extremely talented trainer line-up and excellent coordination by the District team moderators.
The training sessions were designed keeping in mind two aspects i.e., the theoretical, technical aspects of club roles and practical aspects.

The Club Officials Trainings Session (COTS) was organized on 29th August 2021 at Rotaract Club of AIMS Institute.

✨ The event was inaugurated with the Collaring 🏅 of DRR Rtr. Anurag Patwary and Rtr. Shashank of the Rotaract Club of AIMS, followed by the Lighting of the Lamp 🪔 and a mesmerising Invocation song 🎤 by Rtr. Anusha S Bhat from Rotaract Club of Surana College.
✨ The dignitaries were then welcomed to the Dais, after which the Chair PP Rtr. Spoorthi welcomed the gathering and the objectives of COTS were delivered.
✨ After the inauguration the President-Vice President session, Secretary session and Joint Secretary session started offline while PP Rtr. Chetan U Naidu kept the rest of the Board actively intrigued by the informative online Rotaract overview session. This was followed by the breakout sessions for each avenue directors and other board members.
✨ The Presidents’ and Vice Presidents’ sessions were taken by PDRR Rtr. Rajesh Subramanian and PDRR Rtr. Naveen Senna. The Secretaries’ and Joint Secretaries’ sessions were taken by PDRR Rtr. Sahana P Bhat and PP Rtr.Nishantha C K.
✨ The Professional Development Avenue, Club Service, International Service, Community Service training session was taken by Rtr. Praveen Madhu & Rtr. Abhijeet, Rtr. Pooja Girish & Rtr. Arpith Mehra, PP Rtr. Aravindh & PDRR Rtr. Nishita Pednekar, PDRR Rtr. Shashi & PDRR Rtr. Kiran respectively. The Sergeant at Arms training session was taken by Rtn. Rtr. Sunil S Kumar. Public Relation & Editorial training session was taken by PDRR Rtr. Arihant and our very own creative Rotaractor - Rtr. Vivek Bhatt.
✨The offline sessions were filled with interesting sessions, interaction and fellowship between leaders of different clubs along with scrumptious food. From networking to enjoying a yummy lunch and having great training sessions the offline module of COTS was a huge success as all participants found it very enjoyable
✨The online sessions for the rest of the Board were interactive and made training accessible from the comfort of their homes giving every participant an all-encompassing training about Rotaract and their roles and responsibilities as a Club leader.
✨From training to networking, participants enjoyed COTS 2021-22 and we’re glad to know that everyone learnt something resourceful.
✨COTS received overwhelmingly positive feedback and we are grateful to the District team, PR Partners, Venue Partners and every Rotaractor who was part of the event for making it successful.
